Please read the partnership agreement and policy below before proceeding.

1. Use the "Educator Recommendation" form as a letter of for your student.
2. Encourage your student/candidate to complete and submit the required form in the "Student Onboarding Portal" above, or
3. Print the QR Code flyer below and encourage candidate(s) complete and submit. The form in the "Student Onboarding Portal" is required, with submission of this form, a resume is not required. The form in "Educator Recommendation Portal" is not required, but helpful.

Bidtorium Graduate Job Placement &
Strategic Partnership Policy & Agreement

Disclaimer: This policy outlines our partnership framework. Specific placement for individual graduates is subject to market conditions, graduate qualifications, and employer discretion.

Policy Preamble
Bidtorium is committed to bridging the gap between education and employment. This policy outlines our commitment to securing job opportunities for graduates of our partner skilled trade schools and defines the framework of our mutual partnership.

1. Partnership & Shared Mission
Bidtorium and Skilled Trade School hereby establish a partnership based on a shared mission: to seamlessly transition qualified graduates into fulfilling careers within the skilled trades. The School’s willingness to recommend its graduates to Bidtorium for job placement is the foundational element of this partnership.

2. Scope of Bidtorium's Services
As a partner in graduate placement, Bidtorium will:Proactively market graduate profiles and resumes to our network of employers in the construction and service industries. Identify and solicit job opportunities that match the skills and qualifications of the graduating class. Facilitate introductions and coordinate interviews between pre-screened graduates and hiring employers.Act as a liaison to streamline the hiring process for both the employer and the graduate.

3.0 Partner Benefits & Fee Waiver
In recognition of this partnership, Skilled Trade School and its recommended graduates receive the following benefits:
Waived Platform Fees: All standard Bidtorium platform subscription and candidate screening fees (including the physical ability testing) for the school and its graduates are waived.

The only fees not covered by this waiver are those directly related to a potential employer’s specific drug test or background search requirements.

3.1 Where Applicable, Bidtorium Will Actively Negotiate with the Employer for the Waiver of the Following Fees
* Paid apprenticeship
* Lab/drug tests and background check  
* Tool/equipment allowance
* Fees for exclusive training workshops and/or continuing education modules.
* Schedule flexibility that allows for student trade testing

4. Streamlined Credentialing
To accelerate hiring, Bidtorium will accept a graduate's existing credentials to satisfy preliminary screening requirements:
* A copy of the student’s most recent background check (completed within the past 12 months) will satisfy Bidtorium’s background check requirement.
* A copy of the student’s most recent drug test (completed within the past 6 months) will satisfy Bidtorium’s drug test requirement.
(Note: Final hiring employers may have their own, more recent requirements that must be met.)

5.0 Process & Verification
5.1 Eligibility Verification: Eligible students and members must present a valid ID from their respective institution/Trade School (Student ID)or Professional Union Name(Membership Card) to claim the waived fees.

5.2 Administration: The finance and administrative departments of both the Institution and the Organization are responsible for implementing this waiver and tracking participation for annual review.

6.0 Amendment of Terms & Conditions
6.1Right to Amend:
 BIDtorium (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, amend, or update the terms and conditions of this Partnership Agreement, including the Fee Waiver Policy, at any time and for any reason.

6.2 Notification of Changes: The Company will provide notice of any material changes to the terms by posting the revised policy on its official website and/or by providing written notification via email to the designated contacts at Trade School and Professional Union at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

6.3 Continued Use as Acceptance: The continued utilization of services and benefits under this agreement by either partner institution after the effective date of any such amendment shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised terms.

7.0 Partnership Agreement: It is agreed that all parties have reviewed and agree to the above policy, and by Institution/Organization representative’s completing and submitting the designated forms above, a partnership is established between BIDtorium and Institution/Organization.
